Having lived and worked in both South Africa and Canada in the construction field for more than 20 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and a unique understanding of what my clients are searching for. Growing up I often accompanied my dad as he did side jobs in plumbing, building, and other jobs that showed me how to work with my hands and take pride in the work I deliver. It is the same mentality I have taken through each endeavor I have taken on over the years.
My previous experiences vary from being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer to diamond diving off the west coast of South Africa. I’m not afraid to take risks and learn new things to be a more valuable asset to those I work alongside. After spending some time doing part-time renovations in Canada, I moved back to South Africa to help my dad with a construction business. I expanded my expertise and broadened my skillset and decided to bring those talents back to Canada.
No matter what the project is, I also put my focus on the needs and desires of my clients. Throughout every step of the renovation process, I make sure they are satisfied with the progress and direction of the work being done. I value my client’s input and ideas and am excited to collaborate with them on this meaningful work in their homes. Pre-Construction
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire renovation/build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site clean-up, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What We Do
Our projects include Basement renovations, Bathroom renovations, repairs/restorations. Levelling of basement floors, installation of laminate, vinyl and hardwood installations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem.
